These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services for assisting with the submission of Singapore’s electronic arrival card (Electronic Health Declaration).

By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We are a private third-party agency offering assistance with submitting your Singapore Arrival Card (Electronic Health Declaration). We are not affiliated with any government authority.

2. Application Process

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Once you submit your application through our website and payment is processed, we will review and submit the application on your behalf.

3. Fees

Our service fee is clearly stated on our website and is charged in addition to any applicable government fees (if any). By making a payment, you agree to our pricing and no-fee guarantee if the card has already been delivered.

4. Delivery

Once we process your application, we will deliver the completed arrival card via email. It is your responsibility to check all details upon receipt.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if we have not yet submitted or delivered your application. Once the arrival card has been processed or sent, refunds are no longer possible. See our Refund Policy for more.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or due to system failures by government authorities.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are granted only if:

  • You request a refund before we have submitted your arrival card application.
  • We have not yet delivered the document to your email.
  • Once the arrival card is processed or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

9. How to Request a Refund

10. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

11. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
Delays due to government system errors.
If the application was already submitted and/or processed.
